Moment of Silence to Honor Boston and West

Come to the Free Speech Stallions in the Quad between 12:20 and 12:30 pm to observe a moment of silence to remember all those lives lost and affected by the tragedies in the Boston Marathon and in West, Texas fertilizer plant explosion.
