HOW THESE REFLECTIONS CAME ABOUT:

Recently I read the book, “Meet Solanus Casey” by Brother Leo Wollenweber, OFM, Cap.  It was not my first encounter with Blessed Solanus Casey.  I read another biography of him many years ago.  He was a remarkable man, an inspiration for us all.  When I completed this biography, it entered my heart to share some of his words of wisdom with you.  Also, with the nearness of Advent 2023, I felt the need to tie the two together.  Thus, these reflections use quotes from Blessed Solanus and the Mass readings of the day during Advent.
